Big Brand is a very helpful tire place although they miss identified a tire for us on the phone and we wind up having to go elsewhere to find the right one. Their service was fast and they could’ve gotten it done for us immediately, it just turned out at the last minute once we arrived That the tire that they thought they had was not the right one.

Saw the tires I needed directly online, secured a good deal, was offered a tire warranty for barely $20 a tire. Got an alignment for $132, their pricing was straightforward and their technicians know what they are talking about! All 4 tires, plus the alignment took about 3-4 hours for it to be completed and they gave me a call the moment it was done. Cesar worked hard all day on the phones and still gave me quality service. Got quoted for a strut replacement and feel it is a reasonable quote! Car work can be pricey but they have made it feel like they are not trying to jib you. Definitely will be bringing my other car in for new tires and other work i am not able to do myself.

View on GoogleI bought my 2008 Dodge 3500 HD in 2015 and on my cross-country journey my AC broke and Big brand tire and Service fixed it for a reasonable price $1700 which is less than $150 a month for 11 years. They are awesome.
View on GoogleI was happy when I purchased my set of 4 brand new tires. I had declined the warranty. One week goes by I had a small screw inside my tire. I was happy to learn they offered free tire patching services so I had made an appointment. I showed up and was denied because the screw was in a location they said with in there policy is not serviceable. They told me to go online and check there policy and I did. It states puncture can not be more then 1/4th and in the side wall and must be with in the tread. I showed them a picture and they denied it. I looked around and saw where the puncture was is very much serviceable and with in there policy. But I guess since I refused the warranty it was not of importance I spent 400 dollars on these new tires good price but this is will be my last purchase with big brand tires.
