Went in today for a flat and was greeted with top notch customer service. Mr. G at the front desk was very professional and he was able to get me in and out within 15-20min. The facility was clean, adequate seating in the lounge along with literature to read and a fully stocked vending machine. Wonderful experience; most definitely would recommend!

Using the personal account to leave a second review because it’s THAT important. Big Brand on Sunset. In my opinion, Richie has the patience of a saint. I took in some “suggested maintenance” from previously mentioned Findlay Nissan after replacement transmission was programmed today. Suggested maintenance price was over $1000 at Nissan. GO TO BIG BRAND TIRES to get work quoted before just accepting what the dealerships tell you, quote from Big Brand was significantly less. THIS IS WHY I WILL NEVER LET OTHER MEN TOUCH MY CAR going forward. I’m a skeptical squirrel of everything and everyone. But not Big Brand Tire and not Richie. Being single is a relief when there’s a solid shop to take the notary mobile to. I can open jars. I can’t replace a transmission.

Rich and his team went above and beyond for me. Every customer I seen come in Rich was quick to assist. I found my new tire shop thanks Rich and your team for all your help.
