We cannot say enough good things about Mike and the team at BACA Transmissions. We have used them several times now, and every experience has been outstanding. Another company (we went to them because we were sent there through insurance) told us we needed a brand new transfer case for our truck and quoted us almost $7,800. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and brought it to BACA Transmissions. It turned out we did NOT need a new transfer case at all, it was simply a broken part that needed to be repaired. With everything completed, including a transmission service, we were out the door for around $900. Finding an honest and trustworthy mechanic these days is rare, but this company is the real deal. They are professional, knowledgeable, fair, and genuinely care about their customers. We truly appreciate their honesty and integrity, and they saved us thousands of dollars. We will never take our vehicles anywhere else again. Highly, highly recommend Baca Transmissions to anyone looking for reliable and honest work!

View on GoogleSimply outstanding. After getting a $4100 quote from Findlay Toyota, I took my truck to Mike and the fellas over at Baca's. He was quick to point out that Toyota was incorrect in their diagnosis, got the truck into perfect working order, and set a price point that was incredibly reasonable. This was the service that used to be commonplace in the industry. Do not shy away from taking your vehicle here for transmission service. I will be back.
View on GoogleLeft my truck there for 4 days for a service that doesn’t require them to do anything inside of my truck other than driving & came back to my voice amps and my subs missing!! They denied it, said I trying to hustle them along with the owner who i had to go back and forth with over the camera footage being “corrupted or not found”, make it make sense, noone should be spending 800 dollars on a service to come back to a truck without its sound, the owner gave me half of my paid service but what’s that when you have to recover an amp and sub box that shouldn’t have went missingggg!! Now I know to take a photo and video of your car before dropping off now :)
