AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas Service Center

I brought my 2026 Toyota 4Runner TRD OFP in for an oil change. I was told it was too early based on mileage. They did provide the safety inspection and rotated the tires. The service advisor Mike was great. I had a few questions on the proper maintenace of my vehicle, most importantly the 4wheel drive lubrication. The service took only and hour. The waiting room was very full. I have one minor suggestion. I looked on google maps and there are no options for food anywhere near the Toyota service center. I would gladly pay for a snack from a vending machine if one were available. The service center had a nice coffee station, but that's all. I hate to compare service centers, but I was really impressed with the Audi service center waiting area. They were located across the street. Many snack options and drink options. I only mention this because I purchased my used 2003 Toyota 4Runner from there. Beyond that, I love my Toyota 4Runners !

Scheduled my truck for an oil change. There was a coupon for 69.99. Of course my truck takes more oil than what the coupon allowed. So my total price was $85. I asked them to wash my truck, they said they no longer offer that service. My service guy was really nice. The waiting area is very nice. My appointment took less time than expected. Very efficient.

I had a great experience working with Leo at AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain the services my vehicle needed and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I was kept informed about the progress of my vehicle, and everything was completed within the timeframe that was promised. It’s clear they care about customer service and making sure customers feel confident about the work being done. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism, and I would definitely recommend working with him if you need service for your vehicle. He was awesome

I love this dealership. The entire staff is outstanding, as there is always someone to help you. The dealership is clean and welcoming. The waiting area is comfortable, and water/coffee is available. The service advisor, Jose, has been there for many years and I continue to schedule with him as he has my trust. He is the reason why I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and continue to get them serviced at AutoNation. Thank you!

Got in line at 6:40am, I had an appointment at 7:00am. My advisor greeted me at my window as I pulled in and asked me what was going on with my car. He listened and gave me reassurance that if the problem I suspected were correct that I would be covered under the "Customer Support Program". I originally came for a coolant bypass valve issue but he also brought up my active recall on my 21' rav4 and assured me that he can also get that done today if I would like. I agreeed. He ran his tests and did confirm that I was having a coolant bypass issue and that it was covered. I waited a little under 3 hours, not to bad to be honest. I thought I'd be here for the whole day. He kept me updated via phone and the link sent to me. My son and I were comfortablly waiting in the waiting area, hot coffee for mom and hot cocoa for son. Thank you toyota for taking care of us.
