Tires are a big deal in Las Vegas, it can get tricky, so you don't end up on the side of the road over construction nails. And no one wants to replace 2 tires, so tread matches, if only one is bad, especially if they're under warranty. Kudos to management for coming up with logical solutions for this. The tool in the picture will help save you until you can get to the dealership, and it works like a charm.

Great experience with Joanne Nguyen. Very thorough and helpful with all questions regarding my vehicle purchase. Jimere from the service department made sure everything went smoothly for my safety recall drop off. He made sure I was taken care of and followed up next day. Only downside was waiting for the financing department. It took a bit longer than expected and was a bit confusing at first. Once I was able to meet with Omar, he was able to answer all my questions and made sure I had the best options for my vehicle.

Giving a 4 star because of the friendly service I got from my service advisor gage. But AutoNation Honda needs to figure out their process for services. There is no reason why I have a scheduled appointment at 8am for just an oil change and I am walking out at 11:15 Not sure if they are over booking or what it is. But when I pulled in a few minutes prior to 8am there was already 2 lines of cars almost to the street. Not sure it indeed I had priority over people who didn’t have appointments but either way they need to fix this. Wasted my whole morning here for a simple oil change and also the time I waited was with me turning down the car wash otherwise who knows how much longer I would’ve been. Do better guys!
