100/10. Recently moved to Vegas from the east coast, Love the city. Can truly say I have found the hospitality, care and just straight up “ Sure, I can take care of it “, that anyone can ask for. Called Jorge about 20 minutes before they closed and before I could even start to worry that I would get more bad news, he just said bring the car in I got you. Spent the whole day going from mobile mechanic ( tried to just fix a flat tire ), which escalated to 2 stripped lug nuts on the wheel. Was able to get the tire aired up and wasted time at two different shops trying to get it off. But I was able to get a recommendation to Auto Dynamic (High light of my day). As soon as I called I knew I was in good hands. Currently have new lugs and proceeding to make sure the car is in better condition than I bought it. Looking forward to a great relationship with these guys. Thanks again Jorge literally could have went home on a Monday night but stayed to figure things out. 100/10 Any and everyone should give them and call, more than likely Jorge got you. As I am writing this they are still sending me updates on my vehicle with a fully detailed report on recommendations, warranty and any expected estimates. Thank you ADS🙏🏽

My car recently broke down and Auto Dynamics was the first company I called, they quickly arranged for my car to be picked up by a tow truck and brought it in to be worked on. The front desk staff was very friendly and they all took time to talk to me about my options and pricing before any work was done. Their pricing was fair and the whole process was smooth and professional. In the end I got my car back and running better than before! I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them if you have any car issues! Thank you

I had an outstanding experience getting my oil change, and I have to specifically recognize Carlos, Jorge, and Andres for making it exceptional. Before I even arrived, I spoke with Jorge over the phone, and he was absolutely amazing. He was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, explained the process clearly, and made me feel confident about bringing my vehicle in. It’s rare to receive that level of care and attention before you even walk through the door. When I arrived, Carlos and Andres continued that same level of excellent service. They were friendly, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. They worked efficiently but didn’t rush the job, making sure everything was done properly. They explained what they were doing, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. It’s not often you find a team that combines efficiency, honesty, and top-tier customer service all in one visit. I truly appreciate Carlos, Jorge, and Andres for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to others!

I had a great experience at Auto Dynamic Services. The lobby is clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. I also really appreciated that they offer free beverages while you wait. Carlos and Jorge were both very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for great customer service and honest quality work.

All the people at Auto Dynamic Services are very friendly and courteous. The service advisor Rick M. explained all the details of the work I needed done with my vehicle. The price of the work I had done is a little bit higher but it was worth it because the technicians had a lot of knowledge in order to correct my issue with the sensors and alignment to get me back on the road where Big O Tires screwed up. Cheaper is not better… I will recommend Auto Dynamic Services to all that need automotive work done.
