I made an appointment yesterday with Jim for checking front and rear brake services. This morning I took my vehicle in the morning for inspection and left the vehicle with him. I thought I needed brake service both front and back because I had 50K miles on it. Jim texted me back and explained to me that both brakes were still operational and didn't need any service. He however recommended me for minor maintenance services. I am so grateful to Jim for his honesty and fair pricing for my vehicle. I thank you and all your technician at Asian Imports Summerlin. We have been taking our two ten year old cars here for the last two years when the Honda and Hyundai dealerships started to get overpriced and service became lacking. Jim at the service desk is very easy to work with. He explains everything in a way you can understand even if you aren't a car person. He is honest about what you should consider a priority and what you can defer on when they do their inspection, which makes us feel like they truly want our business. On our most recent visit we brought our Honda in with what we thought were TWO ISSUES and Jim sent a text saying the car is ready. NO ISSUES and only an oil change and tire rotation. Amazing. Thank you for your honesty! Definitely give them a try.

Jim was superb at explaining what needed to be done - a transfer case assembly for my 2005 Cadillac Escalade with 205K miles +/-. He obtained the part quickly and the repair was done in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and fair. I’m very happy with their work. And, I have a limited parts and labor warranty for my peace of mind.

I had work done by a "Mobile Mechanic" due to horror stories we all hear about shops these days and let me tell you I did not feel comfortable at all with the job once it was completed. I contacted Asian Imports and had an inspection scheduled the following morning. They completed an over all inspection, replaced an axel, and gave me a list of recommended maintenance concerns to address in the future all for a very fair price. Not only did they say the person I used did an okay job, but they did not try to "Upsell" or milk the situation. Everyone and everything was great, this has definitely changed my experience and opinions on shops. Asian Imports has 100% gained my trust and exceeded my expectations. I will be returning to them with any concerns from here on out! Thank you!

I brought my 2021 Subaru Limited in for an oil change, they are a AAA facility which means they are the best They also did an inspection of the car and located an issue that needed repair, showed me pictures and estimate for that repair. I am extremely satisfied with their work, and pricing. Jim is the Mgr and great to work with. the shop is super clean.. Highly recommend them
