They charged me $20 to remove the locks from my tires after telling me there was nothing they could do for 10 minutes. They then told me they didn't have the $60 used tire I needed even though I had called before to verify. They then suddenly found one when I told them to just put my donut on instead I'd just get a tire elsewhere.Throughout all of this I did get stressed and the man just continued to tell me to relax. I was relaxed when I got there he was the cause of all the issues that ended up not being issues in the first place! Overall unnecessarily stressful and demeaning.

I came to this place twice the 1st time helped me out very well so i didn’t have a problem coming back. However coming back changed my opinion, I DO NOT recommend coming here they stole my tire sensor, on top of that they even switched out the cap from my tire and gave me this cheap ugly green cap. When i claimed the guy he argued back with me and telling me it was already like that. I told him no you can tell the difference between my other tires they all had black caps and they gave me back a green cap from other person tire, who were also getting a patch as well. Very unprofessional And to anyone who has bought a tire sensor from these people recently just know its STOLEN !

DONT COME TO THIS TIRE SHOP. They broke the cable line for my girlfriends parking brake and when confronted about it the "manager" claimed they had nothing to do with it when its an UNDISPITUABLE FACT that the parking brake was working perfectly until they changed the tire, the light came on upon the first start up of the car in their parking lot after the tire being replaced and the parking brake no longer works. They refused to fix it, were rude, and denied all responsibility. Terrible service.

The experience was crappy I go there they were gonna charge me $60 to swap out my tires as I was taking the tires out he told me he was gonna charge another 60 to do a mountain balance on top of everything. They broke my cap to my lug nut and stripped my other lug nut and then told me that they’re not gonna do it because it’s too heavy. These are only 19 inch wheels.
