Absolutely terrible experience. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed annoyed, unfriendly, and completely uninterested in helping customers. Everyone looked like they were in a bad mood, and I felt like I was being treated as a burden rather than a paying customer. The communication was poor, the organization was chaotic, and the overall atmosphere was extremely unprofessional. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt disrespected and ignored. There are plenty of tire shops and repair facilities in town that actually value their customers. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to friends, family, or anyone looking for quality service. I won’t be coming back.

I came in on 12/9/25 and got a used tire for 55. It is now 1/27/26 and the tire they sold me had a tire patch on it already without me realizing it and was a completely bad tire. I got used tire from other places and they lasted me a lot longer and never got sold a tire that already had a patch. Now need to buy another tire due to the terrible one they sold me. I will never come back here again and will be submitted a chargeback with my bank.
