American Mobile Lube

I brought my truck 2018 international to American Mobile Lube (MIKE) about a month ago for the same DPF/EGR issue I came back with today. During that visit, I paid over $1,000, expecting the problem to be properly fixed. However, as soon as I left the shop, the truck showed the exact same failure again. I returned immediately, and all they did was clear the codes with the computer, without actually repairing anything. Now, one month later, the truck is back with the same exact problem, the same warning lights and messages on the dashboard, and when I returned today, they refused to service it knowing that the engine has to be stopped. On top of that, they told me to my face that they “don’t know what it is,” even though the truck’s dashboard is clearly showing the same issue it showed the first time I came in, they should already know what is is, since a month ago they “fixed it” supposedly. My experience is that they are only interested in taking your money, not in properly diagnosing or fixing the root of the problem. They clear codes, apply temporary fixes, and leave the customer coming back over and over again for the same issue. If you are looking for a shop that actually repairs your truck instead of charging money without solving anything, I do NOT recommend this place.

A big job turned into a nightmare. They got paid to screw up my vehicle. Many left out bolts/screws or used the wrong hardware. High pressure fuel pump plate had one of the headlight self tapping plastic screws put in the normal bolt. Lose driveshaft, leaking transmission after a service, broken catalytic converter, broken spark plug insulator, leaking fuel injector o-ring, leaking valve cover, leaking vacuum pump at the rear of the engine. These guys really know how to wreck a vehicle. James is a monkey with a wrench and Dan is willing to lie to cover up the screw ups. Take photos of before and after the job and then take them to court after they wreck your equipment.

I payed this company for an oil change on my Rv and generator, and all my fittings greased, they did not grease my rig, and the tech stripped my generator oil pan, He put the bolt in crooked, and to top it off he stripped the coolant rezivor trying to put the drain cap back on. I called this owner he trys to say it was like that before he changed it, this is a bad company I would not recommend them to no one. I hope people read this before they consider this company, because if you cant even change a person's oil correctly, I would hate to see someone have something that would take alot of experience, and get there 200k or so rig worked on from these people and end up in a mess

I called to make an appointment, they took my RV information and told me they would send someone the next day. An hour before the appointment I got a call from Chris, who showed up right on time to change the oil in my RV. I was really impressed with Chris. He was very courteous and professional, he explained what he was doing and what kind of oil was recommended for my engine. I know that changing the oil can be a messy job, but he was so meticulously clean that not a drop of oil fell anywhere. Their prices are very reasonable and the best part was that I didn’t have to drive anywhere to get it done. Great job American Mobile Lube! You get five stars from me!

We've used American Mobile Lube for over 10 years for our commercial fleet of trucks. They bring everything to you and change at your location, so it's very convenient. They also let me know how other things look on the truck, even if they don't service it. They recommend when to have brakes looked at, recommend tire replacements, etc. Great company. Mike is awesome.
