As a Jeep owner who spends most weekends off-roading, finding a shop I can trust with my rig is a big deal. The team here absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like family and took the time to explain everything they were doing to my Jeep. Not only was the customer service outstanding, but the quality of the work was even better. They made sure my Jeep was trail-ready from top to bottom, and I can honestly say it has never felt more capable or off-road ready than it does now. The attention to detail and pride they take in their work really shows. I've put it through some rough terrain since getting it back, and it performs better than ever. If you're a Jeep owner who loves hitting the trails, this is the place to go. They truly care about their customers and their vehicles. Highly recommend!!!

Very receptive and professional. I moved from California to Las Vegas and was so worried about getting a creditable business to take care of my Chrysler 300 did not take me long. I trust this business and the staff is so friendly and above all they do a good job. This time around I needed a motor mount from their recommendation, did it, got it and I’m cool and so are they, thanks guys 💯

I rarely post reviews but felt this was warranted. I brought my 2006 Dodge Ram diesel in to have a check engine code resolved on 5/11/26. The transmission was bouncing between 2nd and 3rd gear but I had let the shop know I replaced the TTVA and it still had the problem. I told them I thought it was a bad wire somewhere but paid the diagnostic fee and let them do their thing. They called me that Friday and told me they had to partner with an actual transmission shop to help. They determined the TTVA was bad. I again told them I had replaced that with a brand new one but they were positive that was the issue and wanted $1,000 to replace it (the part was less than $300 at the parts store and an easy install). I decided to pick up the truck since the part was under warranty. I had it swapped out in less than an hour (including the drive to the parts store) and the truck did the exact same thing. To further rule out a parts issue, I also replaced the MAP sensor. I brought the truck back to Allied on Monday 5/18/26 and they told me they would have to charge ANOTHER diagnostic fee since now they had to find something else. I pointed out that they were trying to find the same issue that I originally brought it in for so this isn't NEW. They argued that I had replaced parts on my own and would have to pay a new diagnostic fee. All I did was replace the part they said was bad that I had already replaced once so I could prove to them that wasn't the issue. Clearly they were not capable to diagnose it properly and had I let them replace the part that would have been $1000 out the window. To me this is ridiculous. They misdiagnosed it even after I told them I had replaced the part to rule it out. Then they wanted to charge me to diagnose it again. I of course left since they were incapable of figuring it out the first time and I sure wasn't going to pay them again.

FIRST UPDATE: I only made it to Victorville before the repair failed. I had to pay a second shop to fix what Allied did. The manifold was not secured properly according to the Victorville shop. I called Allied to talk to them about it. I’m still waiting for a return call and an offer to refund some of what I paid them. I will be patient and update if I hear from them. SECOND UPDATE: I added the photos of what the Victorville shop found. Jon from Allied called me first thing Monday morning and offered to assist me with the warranty and I am still waiting to hear if I get a partial refund. I will keep updating. FIRST POST: I am a new RVer and have a new to me Tiffin that sprouted an oil leak and an exhaust leak just as I hit Vegas. Jon and his crew got me fixed up and back on the road in just a few days and were vastly more empathetic than the local commercial Ford dealer who said they could not even look at my rig for a week then they would give me an estimate of how long it would take to repair it. Their genuine suggestion was get a long term rental here in Vegas. Jon at Allied and his crew got me back to Southern California and I am so grateful to them. The repair has held so far and I wish they were closer for all of my RV repairs. Perhaps I will just make a pilgrimage to Vegas every six months to have them take a look at my rig. Thanks guys. I rarely 100% recommend but I do as to them. (One last suggestion, put something down on your floor before the repair. I was scrubbing oil out of my carpets for hours.)

My family and I were there for a week for Christmas vacation. It was our 10 year anniversary and as well as our daughter’s first Vegas trip she will start to remember, given the context it was a very important trip. Unfortunately, en route to Vegas from Orange County our sensors for our BMW x4 kept coming on and said we had to pull over before any engine damage. We did some quick coolant refill but it was good enough to get to our hotel and found John at Allied Service Center. I genuinely cannot express how grateful my family and I were that he took our car in around closing time to fix our issue! He also followed up to make sure the repairs held up and that we made it back home safely. Seriously, these are the type of businesses that you want around. John kept himself and his workers outside of working hours just to help us! On top of all that he gave us parts warranty and gave us updates and made sure every little aspect was covered and notified to us. I wish we had more authentic businesses such as Allied Service Center, these guys are it. We had a great time without having to think about the car issue anymore. All thanks to their business and employees. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the business just based on how far and above & beyond they went just to make sure we were good. 100/10 stars! I wish we had the same type of business out here ! Haha Happy new years to you and your team John!!
