Have had car repairs done here several times. Always a good result. Last week we had to have our car towed there, and Daniel made sure repairs were done in a timely and efficient manner. Good communication. He even arranged for a ride so that we could pick up the car when it was ready.
View on GoogleThis was my first experience with an AAA repair shop. Since I already have AAA towing I decided to try the AAA mechanics when my car broke down. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent experience from start to finish. The tow truck arrived quickly and the driver was very professional. The service writer at the shop was thorough, explained everything in detail, and gave me a rock solid quote. The shop kept my car for an extra day in order to get the correct replacement part. That is a good thing; it shows that they take pride in their work. I did not find any loose ends after the car was returned and so far the there have been no problems with the repair.

Given their strong national reputation, I felt confident giving them a try—expecting an honest and reliable experience. I’ve now visited this location twice and have received excellent service each time. Daniel, the service writer, has been especially outstanding—honest, clear, and thorough in every interaction. It’s refreshing to find a place that feels trustworthy and professional. I look forward to continuing to bring my vehicle here for future service needs. Highly recommend!
