We're traveling to Oregon from Arizona and noticed our tires air pressure was low. We searched Google for a tire shop nearby, and chose RNR because their ratings were so high. I asked if they could check our tire pressure and they were more than happy to do it. Both the manager and the young man that took care of us were very professional, and courteous. Both also had an attitude of genuine helpfulness. We were back on the road in less than 5 minutes. Thank you RNR!!

Christin and Jeremy are seriously amazing!🤗 . They made everything so easy from getting my appointment set up to making sure my car was fully taken care of. Christin is the sweetest ever — so bubbly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. She really takes the time to help, answer questions, explain services, and make sure you feel comfortable the whole time instead of just treating you like another customer. Jeremy was also super helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about people and want to make sure your vehicle is safe and running great. It’s honestly hard to find places this trustworthy anymore. They go above and beyond, have the best customer service, and make you actually want to come back. Christin is truly a golden gem and tires plus is lucky to have both of them. I’ll definitely keep coming here and recommending them to everyone I know!❤️🙂💐

Picture it, Carson City...2026. There I am, driving along Highway 50 like I had it all figured out, like life had no more lessons for me. What did I feel? Comfort? Wrong. Vibrations. The kind of vibrations you don't wanna feel. I had replaced two tires the previous day in Reno and the old tires were balanced improperly. Did I cry? No. I stopped by this Tires Plus location instead. I was late for work and the guys here understood and pulled my car in immediately to get me out of there as quickly as possible and took care of it. I couldn't have asked for better. I really appreciate you guys helping me get back on the road safely. 10/10 don't wanna need services again but I will return if I do. Thanks again.
