Not very happy with the way they do business. They listed my miles on my paperwork lower than it actually was when I arrived there. They said they had the weight/type of the oil I requested (5-30) when I made the appointment and then once there they told me they had something similar(0-30)and then ended up putting in 0-20 weight, in my car, which I had no idea until I looked at the paper work. I paid double for synthetic oil which last longer and they listed my miles lower for my next oil change.. pretty sure I will never go back as it seems they didn't think I would notice... Women Beware!

Friendly staff and I appreciated the free flat tire repair. The Tesla Service Center was not nearby, so I had no other option at the time. However, after the repair, the wheel could not be removed for a tire rotation. Tesla Service later found a cross-threaded lug stud and an over-tightened wheel, resulting in a repair bill estimate of about $300. Based on my experience, I would be cautious about using this location for Tesla service.

awesome, awesome, awesome! on two separate occasions they fixed my flat tire for free. tires that were purchased elsewhere! I brought my car in for an alignment. saved at least $40 compared to other local shops. yesterday when I felt a strange wobble while driving in the snow storm, with no hesitation, I called Big Brand. I dropped my car off, dreading what the diagnosis was gonna be. not to mention the cost to fix it! all I could think of was how many hundreds to fix whats broken. not only did they fix the problem, how they fixed the problem was genius! not only do the employees provide excellent customer service on every level, they're smart!! I'm so grateful!! I highly recommend Big Brand tire!! thanks so much!

Had a radiator leak. These folks ordered genuine KIA parts, fixed that problem as well as replaced my battery, did service maintenance, and rotate my tires & balance. They stayed in touch with me and showed me what needed to be done. All are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
