I want to give a shout out to these fine folks at Carson City Automotive for the great work they do. It's nice to know a retired mechanic can go for excellent service and repair work that they do. This is the second time they were there for me when others were too busy or just plain turned me away ! Thank You sincerely !
View on GoogleCharge too much for a diagnostic - $175 for something that took less than an hour and gave us information we already knew. Waste of time and money. Had to call the shop to find out information about the vehicle and they never called us with any update. Wouldn't recommend.
View on GoogleGreat guys! I drove down from Tahoe since quality mechanics are slim to none here. These guys got my salvaged truck inspected, passed and out the door in 45 minutes with no appointment. They were honest with me the entire time. Quoted the service and made it happen very quick. I would go back to this shop without hesitation!
View on GoogleA great experience and outcome having my RAV4 hood replaced and painted. Tried other shops who spoke down to me and was 4-6 weeks to get completed. One took 2 weeks to even provide a quote. Paint match was perfect, ready when promised and even went the extra mile to clean engine from rodent nest and, which started a minor engine fire, and washed car upon delivery. Will refer anyone needing body work and will use them again if the need ever arises. (I hope not :-})
View on GoogleTHIS PLACE IS THE BEST! Paul Sr and Paul Jr are both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my truck in for misfiring after I took it to Dayton valley tire and service. Paul fixed the the other mechanic’s screw up, corrected the misfire and my truck is ruining perfectly. Their experience, friendly customer service and honest pricing has earned them my business for life. Don’t bother shopping around. If you want it done right the first time go to Carson city automotive. Thanks again guys!
