Redline Diesel

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Redline Diesel warrants sharing. I brought my truck in at the end of September for a basic inspection and oil change, and was told everything looked great and that there were no issues to address. I opted to add a fuel filter service as a precaution, even though it wasn’t needed. Three business days later I picked up the truck, and while it took longer than expected, I didn’t think much of it at the time. About 150 miles later, the truck went into limp mode and shut off, forcing me to have it towed back to Redline. After a week and a half of troubleshooting, the shop discovered contamination on the clean side of the fuel system, leading to a catastrophic high-pressure pump failure. After we went back and forth on responsibility, Redline agreed to cover labor if I paid for parts, which came out to $4,302. A business day I later involved my warranty company, communication issues caused further delays, and despite approval for roughly $9,300 in repairs, work stalled for weeks while my deposit was still held. What followed was nearly two months of vague updates, shifting timelines, and repeated explanations about “common failures” and additional parts. When I finally picked up the truck after 12 weeks, it was returned dirty, low on fluids, empty on fuel, throwing a check engine light, and making a loud squealing noise. A trusted mechanic resolved multiple issues in minutes, issues that Redline claimed would take days. While I understand that setbacks happen, the lack of accountability, communication, and quality control ultimately eroded my trust, and I believe others deserve to know my experience before making a decision.

Took my F-250 6.0 for electrical and alternator replacement. My Brother in law Christopher Pullen performed all the work along with, fuel injector replacement. Had all work done within just a couple hours. This shop is honest, trustworthy and very professional. I highly recommend taking any diesel you have to Redline.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. This shop caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to our truck, kept it for 3 months, had absolute horrible customer service and in the end when we picked the truck up it’s still had issues. Go somewhere else.

Great Diesel Mechanics (I should actually say master mechanics) here. Not to mention a great shop all around, polite, curtious, reliable, and fast. You get quality work. My precious beastie of a truck has had some bad luck when it comes to finding a reliable place for everything Diesel, and at Redline they just know what they are doing. They have worked on my Ford F-350 Super Duty multiple times and done a wonderful job. I couldn't be more pleased, I definitely recommend them.

I really can't say enough about how good these guys are. I'm finding out how much care needs to be given to a Diesel and when I brought my truck to them with an issue, it turned into multiple issues. Redline Diesel discussed and showed me detailed steps of the problems and repair, gave me to options on parts and price, and a very reasonable estimate. Then when the job was done they gave a final price BELOW their initial estimate that they gave before more problems arose. Amazing right there. Then, as the peak of good shop practice in my opinion, when the job was completed they let me know that my glow plug relay was starting to show signs of going bad. I'd mentioned doing a few repairs myself to them earlier and instead of hitting me up for a future job like most shops would do, they showed me the exact location of the part on my engine and told me the cost of the part required to do it myself. The willingness to put a customer relationship over business is something that's rarely seen these days and I will be back for every issue I can't handle in the future.
