Jared continues the tradition that James had started. He is reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and fair. As a woman, I feel comfortable working with Jared and J&M Auto, he speaks to you using language you will understand until you understand the problem and the work that needs to be done. And I have never felt taken advantage of for what may be my assumed lack of knowledge.

Went absolutely more than above and beyond to get my car running! I goofed and brought the wrong radiator and not only did Jared go out of his way to find the right one and get it ordered for me, he wasn't the slightest but annoyed, he was extremely reassuring and just wanted to make sure I got my car ready to go and even had it ready same day despite having to order the part. I came from out of state to get my car fixed by him and people thought I was crazy for that but I have absolutely no regrets down from the pricing to the customer service I am a very pleased with the service!
