Super friendly and courteous! Bo and Chris were very helpful getting my warranty work diagnosed and approved. Work was explained in detail. Technician did full evaluation and research before getting approval to get work started, so I got all the pertinent info I needed to make an informed decision. Full new replacement of air intake manifold was done quickly. I will def come back for other work and my other vehicles. A++++
View on GoogleI want to give a shout out to Innovative Auto Solutions I took my Jeep in to get repaired after having the radiator replaced at Jiffy Lube which made a mess they put a hole in the condenser and there were some other things that were wrong. I want to give a shout out to Bo and John for going above and beyond and getting my vehicle fixed before the weekend I really appreciate their dedication and hard work and would recommend them to anyone. They are top notch!
View on GoogleDon't take your vehicle here yes prices are cheaper than some other shops but my time is more important. These people lied and said my vehicle would be finished on a certain day and that day came they didn't have my vehicle ready and they never started on it. The guy at front is a cool dude and needs to work somewhere else he's too good of person to be surrounded by people that just don't care.

It’s rare to find a shop that combines excellent technical skill with outstanding customer service, but these folks truly do. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work and will recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.
View on GoogleI brought my car in for an A/C service, despite having had a negative experience here in the past. Unfortunately, this visit was even more disappointing. As soon as I arrived, the mechanic was immediately disrespectful and refused to provide service. He went as far as insisting that I change a previously posted review before he would even consider working on my vehicle. Shortly after, my car was returned to me without any service completed, and I was told he would not proceed—presenting himself as if he were the owner. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect toward a customer is completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had, he was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone seeking reliable or respectful service, and I will not be returning.
