This shop is amazing, took my wife’s BMW X5 in for brake pad replacement. Asked if I could bring my own parts. They told me no problem, however there was a problem, I brought the wrong parts. Joe had began working on the vehicle when they realized the rotors and pads were wrong. They immediately called me and updated me on the situation. Told me that they could get the parts in that day and gave me a price. Awesome, just awesome their prices for items was cheaper than I paid form eBay. And the vehicle was ready the next day. Wife had a 3 hour drive shortly after that in which she raved about the brakes, no shaking, no squeaking, just plain smooth braking. Thanks guys really appreciate you. PS, paid less than half of what dealer quoted.

My wife's Kia Sorento recently went out of service, and was needing work requiring equipment that I did not have. I was scrambling to find a trustworthy and reliable shop that could do the repairs fairly quickly, as we were looking at also footing the bill for a rental vehicle. I called around to no less than eight shops on the westside, and Ignite was the most responsive and reasonably priced. Even though one other shop's quote was about the same, after speaking with Ignite, I felt much more comfortable taking the car there. Since not only getting the work done right, but also as soon as possible was so important, I was impressed by their willingness to squeeze us in between jobs if we had the car towed and there for them. So, I had the car there that afternoon. I was absolutely floored when the following morning, I received a call saying that the car was ready to go. In and out in less than 24 hours! Absolutely great customer service, and quality work with no B.S. or upselling. You can bet that they'll be the shop I call the next time one of our vehicles needs work that I'm not able to do myself. These guys are absolutely top-notch.

Had throttle replaced on parents car. They got them in right away and fixed it same day within hours. Moses went above a beyond making it a easy and stress free. The price was affordable especially for elderly on a budget. They are honest and trustworthy. Well be using them again in the future
