Hello, I recently had a level done to my new vehicle as well as having El Patron order & install some new tires. Jorge did an amazing job and we continuously exchanged ideas for a specific look I was interested in. With his experience and knowledge in the industry my vehicle came out absolutely phenomenal. Bella, Jorge & the staff who all worked with me did an amazing job & I am very happy with the outcome. I would have given this place 5 stars since they were quick, reasonably priced and friendly. However, due to a gross oversight and safety hazard I had to only give 1 star. When they were done replacing my tire, I went inside to pay. I came back outside to verify everything was good to go and they gentleman said yes. So I hopped in my car and drove home. Luckily, I don’t live too far away and something told me to check the tire. I looked and they didn’t put back on one of the lug nuts. If you choose this shop, just beware and always check your wheels after every visit to make sure everything is put back on properly!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Jorge gave me a reasonable quote on tires, and they got me in right away! They always have been very polite and kind in their service. The girls at the front desk are also very kind. The quality of tires are great and my truck rides so smooth with the new tires. Since I purchased new tires with this small business, I asked prior to see if they could torque the suspension system, and he said yes they could. They added it on for free since I purchased new tires!! Which I was blown away by the kindness!!! Thank you El Patron Tire Shop, you will constantly get my business!! Support and shop local, small family owned businesses!

Don’t bring your business to these people. I ordered four rotors, all brake pads replaced, and four new tires. Costed well over $1000 which is what I was estimating. Later my brakes started squealing really bad. So I took my car back in and left it there as directed to do so by the woman at the counter. The owner called me up and told me the reason why they were squealing was because they didn’t replace the front rotors. I specifically told them thats what the job was. He told me I didn’t mention the front rotors. I told him I did.. why would I get all four brake pads and no new rotors and it would be your due diligence to mention how unsafe it would be to not get that crucial part of the job done. He got mad and hung up on me. So I called back and told him just get it done. Costed an additional $450 roughly. Now today my brakes are yet again squealing and i’m gonna have to spend an additional $400 to get them replaced because of their poor work. Save your money people.
