I brought my 2019 Honda Pilot in because there was a clicking noise coming from my front axle when turning hard right. They were friendly, and professional. The repair was completed quickly and they were very honest about the outcome and if further repairs would be needed. I did experience one issue. After picking up the vehicle, I discovered the driver’s side wiper blade had been badly bent while in their care. I called my service advisor and told him about the issue, and he immediately denied responsibility. I’ve attached a screenshot of the wiper blades from their walk around video at drop off, and a photo of the damaged wiper blade after I picked the vehicle up. Anyway, I stopped at Auto Zone and replaced my front blades for $30 on my way home, so it wasn’t a big deal. It just should not have been returned to me damaged.

Hands down one of the best auto repair experience I have had. Christian Brothers has been our shop now for just over a year and each experience has been great. We recently experienced some issues with our truck. Wes the service advisor and Steven the technician went above and beyond. Our truck is back and running perfectly.

The office is so clean and welcoming, it doesn’t even feel like an auto shop. They went above and beyond to get our old clunker working, and although we decided not to sink the money needed to figure out the underlying issue in such an old car, they did what they could within our budget to get it running and usable for the near future. From the communication and updates during the work to the detailed explanation of the work done and solution at the end, we felt taken care of with honesty and trust the quality of the work done.

The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because they have a shuttle to take you to/from (max radius of 7 miles) while your vehicle is in their shop, I believe as a longtime customer they need to make exceptions (at least to your place or residence), especially when you have given them alot of business!
