Unfortunately, the insurance company for the person who hit me sent my vehicle to this shop. The damage was a minor dent on the bumper. Initially, I was pleased that the repair was completed in less than 48 hours. However, that satisfaction was short lived. When I picked up my vehicle, the trailer plug was broken and the backup sensors were not working. I brought the vehicle back for repairs, but the fix lasted less than five hours. Upon further inspection, I discovered that duct tape and zip ties had been used as a so called repair. Since then, the vehicle has been back three additional times, and the issue is still not resolved. The shop now claims the damage was not caused by them, despite the fact that everything was fully functional and essentially brand new before they replaced the bumper. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected professional workmanship, but instead received repeated temporary fixes and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

I just picked up my truck from Car Crafters on 528. Ken Kreider understands World Class service! From the very beginning he set the expectations, communicated next steps. The system generated estimate for delivery was April 20th. Today is April 9th. I even asked if his guys would look at the drivers side backup light as that was not working after a previous repair. Turned out it was only a bulb and that was fixed too. Highly recommend!

After my accident, (no injuries and not my fault), I was happy to hear that unlike the two other vehicles involved, my car would not be totaled and would be repaired. Car Crafters was selected as the repair shop. Just received my car back after two months, and I am very satisfied with the completed work and would highly recommend this shop. Originally, the work would have been completed in a couple of weeks, but what with the tarifs, shipping logistics, difficulty in finding the parts, it took a couple of months to get the job done. This however, is not Car Crafters fault. Also, they informed me at least once per week of their progress, the reasons for delay, and when I could expect to receive my vehicle. The staff is professional, and friendly. Solid shop, and highly recomended.
