I took my Husbands and my vehicle in to be checked at Browns Automotive on Golf Course. From onset we found them to be friendly, helpful and honest. They even sent pictures of all issues. The repairs were done and our car is running great now! I even received a phone call from them just to check on how our car was running. I would definitely let friends or family know about them. They're great! Thanks guys!

I am so very impressed with the quality of work, professionalism and transparency of the team at Browns in Rio Rancho. They did a comprehensive inspection and broke it down into urgent,what we can monitor and good quality of my truck. This is beyond helpful when making a decision to get work done. After dining me a document with pictures and explanations they called me to explain everything and answer all my questions. I felt like I was able to ask questions with out bothering them. They have a customer for life I will be returning for regular Maintaince.

I really loved the man working the counter with the little Boston terrier. Absolutely adorable! The man was very kind to me, and understanding of my situation. I wish I could remember his name, but I simply cannot. They finished my car before the allotted time was up. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because my dash lights were turned all the way down, and I have really, really bad vision; especially at night. I didn’t realize they were down until it was dark. I could not remember where the knob for them was. Then, luckily, since I can see with my hands in the dark I was able to find it and turn them up. But it gave me a bit of a scare. But still they did a really good job on my alignment; and I would definitely go back for service. Also, I’ll check my dash lights straight away. Thank you kind man at the counter!

I’ve used automotive repair companies in many states. Brown’s Automotive in Rio Rancho NM does a fantastic job! It’s very thorough, honest, fair, and friendly to do business with. Previously, they saved me over $2400 because I had a Toyota warranty and the steering rack needed to be replaced. So they said go have Toyota replace it, and Toyota did! Thank you, Monica for your excellent customer service and help.

I was disappointed with the service and the overcharged price I received at Browns Automotive in Rio Rancho. I took my car in for a diagnostic, and while it took several days for them to determine the issue, the communication throughout the process was very poor. I had to call a couple of times and wait for someone to return my calls to provide updates. They overcharged me for a part that they claimed they sourced from the dealer. When I contacted the dealer directly, I discovered that the part was $600 less than what Browns quoted me. I ended up paying over $1,000 for a part that should have only cost $400 A few days after picking up my car, I received a call from one of the front desk receptionists asking about my experience. I shared all of my concerns, including a noise from the air conditioner that hadn't been present before I took my car in. Unfortunately, she offered no resolution and had little to say. When I expressed my confusion about why she called if she had no solutions to offer regarding my complaints, she still provided no explanation for the overcharge, no apology for the poor customer service-nothing at all. I hate to leave a negative review, but I am really shocked that her purpose for calling was merely to listen to my complaints without any follow-up. Needless to say, I will not be returning for any service on my cars, nor will I recommend Browns Automotive to anyone else. I sincerely hope that Browns Automotive can improve their service in the future.
