I took my honda s2000 in to get an alignment and had a really great experience with Westfield auto works great service and an amazing job really appreciate them and highly recommend and will come back for more service!!

This location is so attentive. First time here and the owner and his staff are so so so generous, genuine and professional. I had a really bad tire that needed a tire replacement. The owner was trying to lend me one so I can get home. Look, the way I see it is the intention and the trying that really won me amd definitely this is a mechanic place that I will return ans recommend. Absolutely. Thank you so much for everything. The owner let me kept the car here overnight. This was amazing.

Honest people and reasonably priced. Went in to get an oil change and a wheel alignment. After looking at my alignment and making small tweaks they didn’t charge me for the alignment saying that the adjustments were too minor to charge. Maurice and Mark — thank you. I will bring all my cars here and will recommend you to my neighbors and friends

Had an issue with my alternator and brought my car in here. He checked it out pretty quick and confirmed what I thought was wrong. Explained it in a simple way and didn’t try to push extra stuff on me. Got it fixed the same day and my car’s been running fine since. Price was fair for the job. Overall solid experience, I’d go back if I need work done again.

Since when do you feel lucky when you have a flat tire when traveling away from home?? Answer—when pulling into Westfield Autoworks after having your low tire warning light come on! We pulled into their parking lot, asked if they could fix it, and the owner immediately smiled and said “back your car up and we’ll take a look”. He signaled to his nephew who was working in the garage to take a look, and he had the tire off in less than a minute, found a screw in the tire, pulled it out, plugged up the leak, and had the tire remounted within 5 minutes, no exaggeration! I said thanks so much and pulled out my card to pay, and he said don’t worry about it and maybe give a nice tip to his nephew! We did, and continued the conversation with the owner and his delightful son, who was also working there, and left with a renewed sense in the kindness and goodwill of strangers, and an appreciation for businesses that truly believe in putting the satisfaction of customers first. What a fantastic experience in so many ways.
