They are fantastic here. I can't recommend them enough. John kept in contact with me through the whole process and kept me up to date. Got my passenger end swiped in a parking lot and he asked me if everyone was okay before even asking about the car and they were very quick to get it done but still did a quality job.

Michael and the staff took great care of me from start to finish. The repair work is absolutely phenomenal and you truly cannot tell anything ever happened to it. What really stood out was how smooth the whole process was. They kept me constantly updated every step of the way so I always knew exactly where things stood. Dealing with the insurance claim and getting set up with a rental car can be such a headache, but Michael and the staff helped handle all of it and took so much stress off my plate. The turnaround time was faster than I expected, which was a huge bonus as well. If you’re in the Gretna area and need collision work done I would highly recommend Dingmans.
