I had to get a mud flap replaced here and when I tell you the I had such a great experience. There was no wait time, the mud flap was quickly fixed. Everyone offered great customer service and the dog treat from Robert the manager was definitely appreciated. Thank y’all so much.
View on GoogleThey left me sitting on I-29 for 5hrs before they cancelled the ticket and never showed up. I spoke with them multiple times. At first they gave me a 2hr eta. Then 4hrs later they said they had to send out a different technician. Then they cancelled 👎
View on GoogleI rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at this shop was frustrating from start to finish. The customer service was unhelpful, and I felt like my concerns were completely ignored. The products were poorly organized, and the item I ended up buying didn’t match the quality I expected for the price. This shop was a complete disappointment. The service was rude, the place was disorganized, and the product quality was nowhere near worth the price. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

View on GoogleThe worst! After they charge and get paid they are ready to leave and don’t want to give you a receipt !! I was there in the weight station waiting to get my receipt via Imail, they leave and supposedly in 20 minutes I will receive my receipt, one hour pass and nothing! Just like I suppose ! That’s why I don’t leave! I Have to drive to this shop to get my receipt! When i get there they where just relaxing and having a good time, 6 employees in the office doing nothing! When I ask for my receipt everybody reactions was like a gang! Giving me bad attitude and Saying nonsense talking all at the same time making Stupid excuses! Don’t give this people business, they don’t deserve it!
