They did clean out the vehicle, but we later found out that the filter was not tightened and had been leaking for almost 24 hours before we realized that it was loose. It was on a Sunday so of course no one was around to fix the problem so we hand tightened it ourselves. Thank goodness for it sitting all night and someone else noticing the oil on the ground because we were on a little trip and that could have ended very badly.
View on GoogleThere's a good reason Sid Dillon service is my primary service provider! I needed to have body work done on the tailgate of 2026 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ. Other vendor pricing was higher and the commitment in time was much greater. When I stopped by Sid Dillon and spoke with Lincoln, he quoted me a lesser price with much less time commitment! The combination of the two considerations sealed the deal. On the appointed date (02/26/26), I arrived at 10 and was out the door by 12:00 with new tailgate - a reflection of effectiveness and efficiency, 2nd to none. It was truly apparent, Sid Dillon service cares about the time and expense to their customers - resulting in complete customer satisfaction! Thank you team Sid Dillon for JOB WELL DONE! View on GoogleHorrible experience. Went to pick my truck up that I happen to Oder knew from your dealership. I had the transmission serviced and a key fob programmed. When I picked it up the seats positions were changed, the mirror adjustments were made, the radio channel was changed, I drove out of the parking lot to the stop light and the check engine light came on, I went back ( I have never had a check engine light on) they had a mechanic put the computer on it and they said it was the engine crank sensor. Well I did some research and the diesel should not start with that check engine light on… all a bunch of BS, Then one of the ladies in the building said that I had a dead battery a few days ago. Again I have never had a dead battery and I have not changed it. I feel that they were looking for more business and the service kid, I do believe named Tanner was really rude about the whole situation and just wanted to write up a ticket. He said they can’t control repair issues that come up when customers pick up their vehicles. Totally unprofessional and my business will be going back to Woodhouse. .. .. !!!
