If you need a partner and not a dealership just trying to get a sale then this is the place you need to be shopping. I recently was shopping for a new mower for our company. I looked at two places in Omaha where I have purchased before and was just not finding what we were looking for. I called Balls Out and Angie answered and got me pricing within a few minutes on multiple units. They had what we were looking for in stock so I stopped in. Jay helped me every step of the way. We wanted airless tires on this unit and the got them ordered and installed fast. I have found my place and won’t be shopping anywhere else. Trust me when I say this should be the only place to look.

We recently purchased a Grasshopper mower from Balls Out, and we absolutely love it! We’ve owned Hustler and Gravely mowers, but the Grasshopper by far is the best both for mowing and comfortable ride. It definitely handles slopes and hills better than any other mower we’ve owned. Balls Out was super easy to work with and went over the mower with us top to bottom. Great service!

Have a Cub Cadet ZT1 42" mower. I had bought from dealer in Gretna as Balls Out wasn't yet a dealer yet as they are MUCH closer to where I live and I try to do business locally. At almost the 3 year mark of ownership left side transmission sprung a really bad leak and with just a few weeks left in the warranty period I stopped in at Balls Out to discuss with them. Angie at the desk is the "hub of the wheel" there. What she didn't know she found out for me. When I realized I would need to get it in to be fixed before using it anymore she told me they could get it in later in the week. They have a pick up and delivery service(for a small fee). Appointment was made and mower was picked up early and within a day or so Angie called to let me know what was leaking and that they had been in contact with Cub for warranty authorization and ordered a replacement seal that would be in on Monday. By Wednesday the mower was fixed and delivered back to me. Amazing service, and great communication throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to buy something from them or have mower serviced there. Also, I could tell they had washed the mower for me as well as it was much cleaner when it came back.
