This place does amazing work. They are fast, friendly, explained everything very well, and they DONT up charge you or ever try to upsell you on anything. They are the most honest mechanics I’ve ever been too! They are my whole family’s go to mechanic now.
View on GoogleI was very happy with this small town business that always seemed very friendly up until recently. I had a couple really bad experiences that has completely changed my mind. The first was I had them look at an issue with my widow trim. After I paid a couple hundred dollars just for them just to look at it I found out it was going to be $1000-$1200 to fix. Also it was 10 times worse than when I dropped it off. Now it needed to be fixed quickly! I called around and got a cheaper rate to get it fixed. I then go back to get a spare tire to throw in my trunk space in case I would ever need to have it. I was told $424. I thought this was really high but they are the experts and I placed the order. When I went to pick it up I had a worker bring it out to my car and that's when we figured out it wouldn't fit in the trunk space. He just tossed it in and went back inside to let me figure it out. This happened on a Friday and by Monday I knew I wasn't going to be able to keep this tire. It was taking up half my car space! I went back Monday and I was told not returns. I said even though it's just set in my backseat for 2 days? There was nothing they could do. But I went home disputed the transaction on my card and wrote a review on BBB. Well I got a phone call the next day! They were more than willing to take the tire back now! Of course because they were out the money from the credit card company. I'm saddened that my trust over the years and thousands of dollars I have spent at this company meant nothing. They still tried to rip me off! Also didn't have a conversation with me at all about how to fix the problem until they realized they were out the $424.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. From start to finish, the staff was professional and courteous, taking the time to answer questions and explain options. The installation was quick and efficient and they made sure everything was perfect before he left. It eased our mind to know that he was taken such good care of so far from home. We highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of quality tires and excellent customer service.
