I called in to ask for a quote on an issue that was already diagnosed just to know the price! And the lady on the phone said there was no mechanic around that she can give me a general cost of the repair would be! Just a general price! Is it that hard to quote! Didn’t even ask for my car information! I called into to ask because I just didn’t want to waste their time if I don’t have enough money to fix it! Horrible customer service! And I wasn’t being rude or anything! Lady was offended because I asked her to ask a mechanic how much they would charge! Nice business! Very good manner!

We had an excellent experience taking both of our cars into Buds! It’s such a relief to find a mechanic we can trust being new in town. Bud and his wife Teri went above and beyond to get our cars fixed up quickly and for a really affordable price. Teri sent us a handwritten note in the mail to thank us for our business the first time we came in, and the second time she personally picked me up from my house so I could get my car and not have to take a taxi. I highly recommend them and I’m so thankful we found Buds! They are one of a kind. 10/10 fantastic service and kind people we can trust! Thank you!!
