We’ve been to several Bomgaars, but this location’s staff doesn’t seem to care when my husband or I bring up a concern over the past 2 years. We’ve had things on a list for a “rain check” and one time they called a month later saying our feed came in and it wasn’t even the right one after waiting for weeks. The other, we never got a call on and this was 4 months ago. Anytime we asked about an update they sounded annoyed and then we later found out they had the product in stock and never told us. They are also always out of organic layer feed. And when I let them know, they don’t seem to care at all or don’t have answers when it will be back in stock. We’ve tried to give them several chances, but unfortunately we’ve been getting the same results.

Absolutely love this place!! Always have great convos with the workers and its nice that I can bring my dogs in too! Not to mention, people are always willing to help me with loading feed bags into my vehicle. Thanks to the managers and staff for keeping this place in line!

Horrible staff, The one lady has been working at various gas stations around town clearly can't even maintain a simple job like that Refuses to do you her job literally will tell you it's going out of her way to do her job duties or tasks will not help you at all even asking you if you want help first horrible go to any other location please
