Best decision I have made. Brought my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance and was blown away by the professionalism of the the service staff. They took care of my vehicle and did so in a quick manner. Didn't sell me extras and kept me informed. Vehicle recieved a good vacuum and a car wash voucher which is beyond what I expected. Definitely will return for the future maintenance and maybe a new vehicle when the time comes.

Clayton Shaw was professional and easy to work with the entire time. We have used Woodhouse for our company vehicles for years and now for our personal vehicle. Extremely happy!!

I had them inspect my tire because I thought there was a leak. The tech didnt find anything. Turns out there was a leak. I brought it back and that the same tech tried to patch it, which failed. We went back and he again tried to repair it and failed again to repair it. If you can't do a simple patch on a single tire, how can i trust you to work on more complex components on my car. I think ill take my business elsewhere.

I was not impressed at all with the service department. I brought my vehicle in because it had a check engine light on and wasn’t running right. I know vehicles pretty well but couldn’t figure out what was going on with my Nissan work van. I dropped it off at Nissan and get a text from service department saying I need a new engine! Was going to cost me little over $18k. I called them after I seen that and was told sorry but when we see all these codes together for timing that means you need an engine. I did argue with the guy as I’m not dumb when it comes to working on vehicles. I finally told him don’t worry about it I’ll come pick it up. After all said and done I brought it home did some research and start simple by taking out all 4 VVT solenoid's and tested them. Found out I had one sticking. I replaced it and only cost me about $60 and cleaned the others while I had them out. After putting them all back in, I started the van and check engine light was off. I took it for a test drive and everything works great now. No issues while driving down the road when it revs up like it had. So you can see I went from being told I need to spend $18k to only $60 and a little of my time. It’s disgusting to know if someone didn’t have any idea about cars they would of probably told them to go ahead with it. A little more testing and they could of found that out also. I don’t know what you would call it but the is pure laziness or lack of knowledge and should be ashamed a non certified mechanic figured it out. I would never recommend this shop.

The repair to my 2018 Titan XD with the Cummins engine was challenging, but the dealership went above and beyond to ensure the work was done correctly. Given the complexity of the issue, it reasonably required more time than a simple or quick fix. I genuinely appreciate the care and diligence taken to make sure the engine repairs were performed properly, rather than rushing the vehicle back to me before the solution was proven to be solid. Quality matters more to me than speed, and with complex mechanical issues, challenges can arise and the root cause is not always immediately apparent. Woodhouse and their service advisor did an excellent job by staying focused on truly resolving the problem and making sure it was fixed the right way.
