(Written by Ken Nielsen’s wife) I love taking our car to Beardmore/Morrie’s Subaru. They greet you as soon as you drive in. Verify what you need done and encourage you to wait in their awesome lounge. I love that there are free snacks, a free soda fountain with a variety of pops available, and a machine that will make coffee or just hot water do you can have hot cocoa or tea. It’s the best! I love the video review from the technician showing the state of the underside of my vehicle. So incredibly thorough and polite. I was a little bummed their car wash was out of order but I understand - it happens. Thank you for the outstanding service and providing me with a feeling of safety and comfort!

Made appointment for 8:00 am for oil change and tire rotation. Gave the employee the coupon sent to me by this dealership for $99.33 oil change and rotation. Checked out three hours later paying $181.55. I only agreed to upsell of an additive because my oil was “thick and gunky”. Was told that the cost was $56.00 but not told of the additional $25 in labor charges. Ended up paying for valve stem replacement even though I just purchased the tires at same dealership in October. In the service estimate they said my windshield wiper blades needed replacement and that it was critical. I just bought and replaced new Bosch blades two months ago. My husband worked in a Subaru factory for 27 years building Subarus. We always had the best experience at our dealership in Indiana. I wanted to be able to get at least a smidgen of that great service. However, I will never return to this dealership to either purchase new vehicle or to service my Subaru. You lost my trust and my business.

Was able to schedule my '24 Outback next day for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. With the change of ownership it was great to still see familiar faces!!!! They completed the work in just over 30 minutes and with the maintenance package that was included in my lease contract there was no charge!!! Can't beat that. Keep up the great work!!!!!

I’ve always been impressed with the service department (and, really, the whole dealership!). Is it more expensive to service your vehicle at a dealership? Yes. But, when you do have to handle larger ticket purchases, they explain it to you well, tell you the positives and negatives of putting the purchase on hold, and don’t pressure you into accepting. That’s integrity.
