I've bought vehicles before, but my experience with Morrie's Chevrolet was on a completely different level. From day one, there was never any pressure. We came in looking at trucks and were honest about the fact that we planned to shop around before making a decision. Instead of pushing for a sale, the team gave us the space to take our time, ask questions, and make sure we were choosing the right vehicle for us. One thing I really appreciated was being allowed to test drive the truck without a salesperson riding along. That gave us the opportunity to actually focus on the truck, have a real conversation about it, and decide whether it was the right fit without feeling like we were sitting through a sales presentation. It made the entire experience feel more relaxed and customer-focused. The sales team was professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Even though we arrived later in the day, nobody rushed us or made us feel like we were keeping them from going home. They took their time, answered our questions, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. What truly impressed me, though, was what happened after the sale. The morning after bringing the truck home, I noticed a very small imperfection. It wasn't anything major, and honestly, it would have been incredibly easy for anyone to miss during the inspection process. I reached out to Morrie's, and without hesitation they were willing to help make it right. When I brought the truck in, the service department was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping. I especially want to recognize Paul for the way he handled everything. He was incredibly helpful, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Customer service like that is becoming harder and harder to find these days, and Paul made the entire process effortless. To me, that's what separates a good dealership from a great one. It's easy to provide good service when someone is buying a vehicle. The real test is how you're treated after the paperwork is signed and you've already driven off the lot. Morrie's passed that test with flying colors. From the sales staff to the service department, every interaction was positive. They treated me with respect, stood behind what they sold, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. If I could give Morrie's Chevrolet 6 out of 5 stars, I would. This was hands down the best vehicle-buying experience I've ever had, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers.

I had a great experience with the service department when they worked on my vehicle. From start to finish, Paul my servive advisor was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to clearly explain the maintenance and issues that needed repairs, which I really appreciated. The work was completed efficiently, and my vehicle is running better than ever. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. I also appreciated how smooth and stress-free the entire process was. Bought a new Chevy Equinox recently. Todd Beardmore was our sales representative. He was awesome to work with! Very helpful and friendly. Not pushy at all.

This was my first interaction with Morrie's, which used to be Beardmore. I was cautious but not disappointed. I had a service done and an interior detail. My truck hasn't looked this good since I bought it. Fabulous job on the interior, service done in a timely manner, and staff is super friendly. I'm glad my favorite service manager, Paul, is still there. He's truly the best!!!

Everyone was very friendly and professional but all I wanted was an oil change and to go on with my day. They changed my oil and rotated my tires but it took almost 2 hours to do it. I’ve never been to a place where it takes 2 hours to change oil and rotated tires. When I asked how much longer I was told, “they had to get a different tool to put your tires back on, they forgot how to do it”. When I finally was told I was done I got the bill and it was for $97.96. The document I signed before they did the work was $66.64. Not sure what’s going on but I paid the $100 ( of course a 3% surcharge for paying with my credit card, why not) and I didn’t come back with my second vehicle because charging someone $100 to change their oil and rotated tires their tires is decently egregious. I won’t be going back for anymore service work.
