Thought I was having some issues with my engine. Took it in to get checked out. They told me they needed to run electrical diagnostics because they couldn't tell what was wrong and it would cost about $180. I let them proceed. Once they finished, Chris told me no codes came up to indicate anything was wrong. He said everything looked good. He said he wasn't going to charge me anything today. He told me if I could get the issue to happen again, to just bring it back so they could check. He had them fill my tires and refill my wiper fluid anyway. I really appreciate them not charging me for running the diagnostics since they found nothing wrong, especially after I already told them I was fine with the cost. Great customer service! I have used this Jensen location for most issues that have come up with my car in the past few years and will continue to do so!

Im very happy with my experience with Jensen. My vehicle randomly started smoking and my regular repair shop wasn't able to get me in until next week. I was able to book an appointment online with Jensen for the next day. First thing in the morning. They got my car in and took a look and called to give me the run down. Jacob was super patient with me asking a million questions. I am especially grateful for that as some of the needed work is still under warranty at my other regular spot. I wouldnt have figured that out without Jacob's patience and explanation! I did have Jensen complete a majority of the repairs. There was no guilt trips or sales tactics. Just honesty, transparency, patience and kindness. The work was completed by the next day even with needing to order parts. I am back on the road and very grateful to Jensen and their employees.
View on GoogleI went in just to get a second opinion on the condition of my front driver break, but they not only did that, they checked all 4 pads, rotors, and bearings which was awesome. When i got my estimate, i mentioned i could only afford a specific amount, the guy who took me through all the details did some research and found me a better price! I didn't catch his name, but good sir... you rule. 10/10 on customer service and 20/10 on how fast everything got done.

View on Googleabove and beyond for me even without an appointment..you can feel the happy energy of the whole crew..seemed a fun place to work. they got me in in less than an hour and i would say it was a LOT less than those other guys..also i think they said if you buy tires from jensen they will patch up flat tires or whatever..no charge and no appt necessary. be smart i suggest and make an appt
