I returned later because Johnny (owner) treats his customers so well and always is considerate with the price. I hired them to install a headache rack and full size spare. I got into a wreck the day after Christmas and honestly had no idea where to go or what to do—even after insurance told me I wasn’t at fault. I ended up posting about it on Facebook, and that’s when Johnny from JCS Automotive reached out. From the very first phone call, he walked me through everything step by step and explained the whole process in a way that actually made sense. After talking to him, I decided to go through him and his shop because he just genuinely seemed like good people—and that turned out to be an understatement. Not even a month after getting my car back the first time, I was unfortunately hit again while parked on the street at a friend’s house. A neighbor backed out of their driveway and hit my car, so I had to call Johnny again. Without hesitation, he got me back into the shop within a couple of days, arranged towing, and even handled my rental. Somehow, the second time around was even smoother than the first. Before I went through Johnny, I was honestly skeptical about auto shops, insurance claims, and the whole process. But he completely changed that for me. He didn’t just fix my car—he took over dealing with the insurance, made sure everything was handled correctly, and took so much stress off my plate. The work they do is top-notch. When I got my car back the first time, it honestly looked better than when I first got it. Everything was repaired so thoroughly and with so much attention to detail—it was like getting a brand new car again. On top of that, Johnny is just the sweetest and kindest person. He makes the whole experience feel easy and comfortable, which is something you don’t usually expect in situations like this. What really stands out is who he is as a person. He’s honest, kind-hearted, and creates such a welcoming, friendly environment. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and builds real relationships with them. It’s honestly such a relief knowing that if anything like this ever happens again, I have a place I can trust. I had the hail damage repaired by these guys and everything was flawless. From the handling of the insurance company to the work itself, Johnny handled the majority of it and made the whole ordeal non stressful. Johnny also repaired a flap on my truck after I had just stopped by without an appointment. This company has also supported Bellevue Police’s annual Chili Cook Off by donating a tint package that was raffled off. 100% recommend!

JCS repaired the hail damage on my daughter’s car. Extremely satisfied with the work that was done and Johnny made working with the insurance company as hassle free as anyone could wish. He has a great working relationship with many of the insurance companies and I am very grateful for the work that he and his employees do.

Experience was great all around! Time wise, communication, customer service was all top tier. This is a trusty worthy shop. I am extremely happy with the repairs that were done on my Jeep. If I could give 10 stars I would!
