I've brought my 2015 Civic in for service and minor repairs a few times and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The work they've done has always been done well, and the prices were comparable to other shops. I'll be heading back when I need work again!
View on GoogleDo not go to this shady dealership for service. They chipped my brand new car and did not say a word regarding it UNTIL I found it! This is the worst service ever and I would not reccomend even my worst enemies to this terrible dealership. Go to O Daniel or Superior and skip this place. Update: I had to ASK to get a rental otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten one or paid out of my pocket and I am still dealing with chips and all sorts of cosmetic issues right after this installation. Not to mention one clip is loose on the car. Now I got to deal with the domino effect of this stupid installation. Thanks to this dealership my next car will be a Mazda.
View on GoogleWe were traveling from Overland Park KS to Fargo/Moorhead when a warning light came on. Jenifer got us in and diagnosed a warranty transmission issue. Evan gave us a ride to Hertz and we were able to make it to Fargo ahead of a blizzard. Our Pilot was ready when we returned. Thank you Jenifer, Evan, and the other service folks for your pleasant and expert help.
View on GoogleOn August 21st, I attempted to get my driver side sun visor installed as I had an early morning trip the next day driving east to Madison, WI., and I knew the rising sun would be blinding. I had already tried two shops earlier in the day but they were unable to install the visor. I then stopped at Honda Cars of Bellevue even though I did not have an appointment. Dustin Quade and Terri Adams, service advisors, were so very friendly, listened to my need and said to drive my car in and they would take care of it. Wow! Two of their technicians worked with the task and a few minutes later the visor was fully installed and operational. What a joy and relief. When I went to the counter to pay, both Dustin and Terri said there was no charge! How could that be? I said I was ready to pay as I didn't have an appointment and they took me as a walk-in. Again, they stated, "no charge". I want to praise Dustin, Terri and the technicians who completed the job. They exemplified the truest sense of community and for that I am thankful. The next morning I departed on my roadtrip and as expected, the sunshine was extremely bright and I was so thankful for having the visor to deflect the glare. Thank you again Dustin and Terri for going above and beyond and demonstrating the best of customer service!

When you have an employee that keeps people like me coming, you do everything you can to keep that employee. Id have gotten rid of my Honda a while back but kept it for the incredible service. Heck most everything i had done there I usually would just do myself but kept coming there because Terri was awesome. But without Terri I have no reason to ever return to this place. Whoever caused her to leave should be fired. Legitimately ruined my day as me and my family loved Terri.
