So, my truck stalled out at the car wash right behind this place. I spoke to one mechanic that needed a translator. No one else there at the time. Another guy pulls up in a tow truck so I talked to him and told him the situation and just asked him to pull codes so I knew where to start. I’m too busy I can read codes tomorrow. I told him I have been here since Monday and I need to get home. “We’re 10 cars behind today. I can tow it and scan it tomorrow.” I am literally sitting 100ft from the shop. I understand being busy but it takes less than 5 minutes to read codes.

I am a female in town for the weekend when my battery died at 9 pm on a Saturday. My husband was able to reach Gomez auto who came to my hotel at 11 pm, tested the alternator and battery, to be sure it was the battery. He had it fixed in under 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. The owner was professional and friendly. He sent pictures to my husband so he knew what was done and to ensure it was fixed properly. I can’t thank him enough!
