Dan and his team always do an incredible, efficient, and budget friendly job. Very fair pricing and if there is something wrong with your vehicle they will physically show you the issue and talk you through what they will be doing to fix it. Anytime i come get an oil change as well i am in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend taking your car here, they will take care of you!

View on GoogleSo thankful these folks were able to get my vehicle in and repair it quickly!! This is my third big repair on my car, had to get my rack and pinion replaced. It was on the higher side of quotes, but everywhere else quoted 1 week+ for turn around, so I saved money on a rental! Very friendly, happy to answer questions, and love that they can text you with updates!! They even coordinated my tow for me. Awesome work, will definitely visit them again if any big repairs come up. I trust these folks!
View on GoogleDan and his team at Gengel did an outstanding job diagnosing a complex engine issue on my 2018 Hyundai Elantra. They physically inspected the car, took it for a test drive connected to diagnostic equipment, used an oscilloscope to analyze timing waveforms, and even kept it overnight to properly inspect the timing components. Two other shops either refused to look at it or gave me a quote based purely on the code without ever opening the hood. Gengel actually did the work to find the real problem. The $185 diagnostic fee was completely worth it for the level of detail and honesty I received. Dan even got a second opinion on his findings before giving me his conclusion. Couldn’t ask for more from a shop. Highly recommend
View on GoogleI choose to continue driving a 20 year old car. You can guess that it has become increasingly challenging to keep up with maintenance as time moves forward. The team at Gengel Auto Repair was up to it. I got my car back about 15 minutes ago, and I could tell from the ride home that the latest repair was the right call, and this was the right repair service provider. When I eventually work up the courage to get a new Subaru, I'll be glad to leave it with Bellevue's Subaru specialists at Gengel Auto Repair.
