brought my 2010 prius in has 2 recalls, mfg said i already had diagnositc done at other locations so i dont have to pay for another diagnostic again but they refused to fix the 2 recalls i have for inverter killing off my batteries every 2 mths and grrr noises can hut down my whole hybrid system and cause a accident or kill someone. they said wont do without paying another diagnistic again at this location eveh though the car shows all the problems of inverter problems and the accumulator brake booster is another recall too and they checked my car over in 2020 before i bought the car to make sure no recalls or issues and they said none, but it did have a brake booster issue they didnt inform me of so now they said its expired the recall, no recall should ever expire as long as u own the vehicle, thats crazy, im very upset they cut me out of getting this recall fixed too when i brought it in 2020 for them to check out the car if any recalls or problems with the car. very upset now i have to drive a car that the brakes can fail and cause accident or kill someone every day to work and down the hwy's. i called back several times to talk to 3 managers. destiny

I would give zero starts if I could. I would not recommend bringing your car here for repairs. They were unable to correctly diagnose the issue and advised me to order a new blower motor, which I did. After the part arrived, I was then told that wasn’t the problem and that another expensive part was needed, costing me hundreds of dollars. I ultimately took my car to a trusted mechanic that I should have gone to in the first place, who told me he had never seen this issue mishandled this way in his entire career and that it was actually a very simple fix. This experience cost me unnecessary time, stress, and money.

I've been waiting a week and a half for a phone call from the manager, who was reached out to twice. Initially I had a dead battery. The vehicle was towed to them. The "initial diagnosis" was that it was a blown fuse (not covered by any of the expensive, and this far seemingly unnecessary, waste of money on extended coverage I paid so much more for) because according to the assistant manager, it was likely jumped wrong. We didn't jump it, they did, and their service tech uploaded someone else's inspection video. The original was still never found. So then the asst manager back tracks and said he jumped the gun too soon saying it was blown from being jumped wrong. Still no cause determined for a car with less than 4500 miles to have blown a $500 fuse. After trying to get an answer why the fuse blew, when they say it's done, I get q ride to the shop on the weekend to pick up. I notice that the app (which I had checked the morning I had it towed due to the dead battery) now has a health message saying there is a problem with the charhing system and that it is dangerous to drive. So I don't take the car (none of the service people are trained on the app btw), going and am unable to pick it up now until midweek the following week. Because why would I need a car that I'm paying $772 a month for with also the extra useless warranty crap?! Including the one where I was told I would get a loaner car when my car was being serviced. (Which has yet to happen out of 4 visits. Most of which were at least 2 days, and 2 were a week plus.) The person who actually helped and listened to me was very nice, and is who I will use for future visits, but the "manager" still has not reached out to me. My favorite part of this? After questioning the inspection video the service tech (who after everything else I am convinced jumped it wrong and blew the fuse) uploaded a video where he starts out talking in present tense like its the day the car was initially inspected, then switches to talking in past tense.

I took my 2023 RAV4 Prime in for warranty routine maintenance. Scheduling was easily accomplished online. Service took a bit longer than advertised. The best part of the service is a video provided by the tech conducting a walkaround and highlighting items that need attention. The waiting area is extremely comfortable with armchairs, refreshments, and power outlets.

We are a military family and have always stuck with Toyota dealers for our Toyota maintenance. Out of the 4 states we have gotten service this has probably been the coolest one. Their lobby was welcoming and Becky took great care of me during my service! I was impressed how I received a video from the mechanic detailing what they recommended and what they saw. And the cherry on top was the complimentary car wash, most places give you a free car wash coupon that I typically loose, the fact the car was washed before I even checked out was amazing. Will always be getting service here while we are stationed here and recommend them!!
