They tried to charge me $95 for a synthetic oil change when the sign clearly says $75 dollars (recently raised by $10 btw). When I asked the cashier why it was more money he said because of the air filter replacement. They did not ask me about an air filter replacement (like they do every other time I get an oil change). Instead they just added it to my bill and didn’t actually change the air filter, all without notifying me. Also who charges $20 for an AIR FILTER! This is a $12 part at most. Aside from that, they are constantly trying to upsell me and telling me that I have a major oil leak on my engine. I know cars and I know that I do not have a major oil leak or I would have an oil soaked block, and dripping under my car where I park. Also they left my new oil filter covered in oil and didn’t bother to wipe it with a rag. Just shows they spend more time upselling than doing a good job. Shady stuff here… beware

No pushy up sell tactics and discount for using cash which shows they’re all about getting you taken care of and not trying to overcharge you. Will for sure be back.
