First let me start by how great the staff is at the Bellevue location! Long story short my daughters vehicle starting having problems, we went to one mechanic and wanted a second opinion. As anyone knows transmissions are expensive! We took the vehicle into Certified and of course the car decided it didn’t want to act up, so no diagnosis and no codes. Frank here reassured us if we had problems again to bring it back. A week later we experience the same problem, get it to the shop and nothing again. Finally a week later we get it to Certified the car was able to be diagnosed. After reassuring my daughter we didn’t think she was crazy, Certified was able to diagnose and give us options. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing the team here is, how honesty they were and how comfortable I felt making a decision after working with them! I cannot thank them enough for the honesty and making a very worried and stressed customer feel like I was taken care of and given all my options and was not pushed or stressed to do anything I didn’t want too! It was all about making the right decision to benefit me. Honest and caring team, thank you!
