Chad did a great job with the lifter issue. You can tell he cares about running a solid small business and taking care of people the right way. He was clear, honest, and professional through the whole process. I really appreciated the good service.

I took my car home that night while they ordered the part I needed and the part was hard to find and I almost forgot about it but they didn’t! They called and said they found a part and gave me a quote and let me know as soon as it was in. I never have to call and wonder what’s going on. They always follow up and the quote was exactly what I paid! They’re all such good guys!

He listened and was kind and informative. When he passed me off to James, the owner, I didn’t have to give all the information again - he just told me when I could bring it in. They were fast, affordable, and so helpful. Furthermore, I observed that James knew the status of each vehicle for everyone who walked into the office, and all of the employees seemed to have good rapport, were respectful and polite, and showed exemplary work ethic - they wanted to know their next assignment if they didn’t have one on the list. It was awe-inspiring to watch and the energy of a place like this makes it evident why they were busy! I can’t convey my gratitude enough and I will not only be recommending them - I will be back, too!
