Re: my 2002 Ford Taurus --Within an hour and a half, the air conditioning was fixed, and the oil was changed and fluids were topped off in the lube section of the shop. I was also able to get the appointment very quickly. Everyone was kind and respectful to me. This senior citizen is very impressed and grateful!
