I had a great experience with Ann Arbor Auto Care from start to finish. Sam and his team was professional, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The work was done on time, the pricing was fair, and my car runs better than it has in a long time. What really stood out was their communication and attention to detail — you can tell they actually care about their customers and their work. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days, but this is definitely a shop I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends and family. Highly recommend! My Cadillac Escalade was is good hands.

If you’re looking for honest, reliable, and fast auto service, stop scrolling and call Ann Arbor Auto Care. These guys are the real deal. They replaced all the brakes and rotors on my 2013 Toyota Camry on super short notice, just in time to get me home for the holidays with my family. They also helped my significant other with an oil change and a battery replacement. No hassle, no upsell. Just good work, done right. This isn’t my first time coming here either. Years ago, they helped keep my old Chevy Impala alive despite its personality quirks. If you’ve ever owned one, you know exactly what I mean. Somehow, they always found a way to keep it rolling. Now that I’m starting a family, they’ve even been helping me find a new car that’s safe, reliable, and makes sense for where I’m at in life. That kind of support isn’t easy to find these days. They work on all kinds of cars, prices are more than fair, and most importantly they’re just great people. While you’re waiting, the gas station next door has some of the best prices in the area and a solid little shop to grab snacks or take care of small things. Before you commit anywhere else, give them a call. I don’t write reviews often, but this one is well-earned.

Moved to Ypsi in 22’ i’ve been taking my car here since. I have an older car (2012) and they’ve been nothing but great to me. As a female you can run into ‘you need this and that’ and don’t even come in for that but not here. I explain that problem and they get just that done, They will tell me if there is something else wrong and needs work soon but not like the other places will try and force it. I will continue to take any vehicle I have here until I live the state. Never felt uncharged everything went smooth, they’ve always had my car in and out
