I’ve been coming here for years and what got me on edge is I came in for an oil change got it done left 3 days later notice my truck shield underneath to protect the engine and underbody from hazardous things on the road was hanging I called them to ask if they remove it to do an oil change he said depends on the year I say a 2021 he said yes so I’m like well y’all didn’t tighten my under shield back up it’s hanging he told the shield is not that important and it’s just there and for me to bring my truck back up he fix it I did and he says oh the screws are missing I don’t know I’m like yeah ok yall lost them WTH I won’t be back and this spot was my GO TO but I can’t be having that so I guess back to the dealer ship I go !
