Paid for a diagnostic without an actual solution to engine issues. Reached out multiple times for additional support but was ignored. After the lack of response, I went to a local mechanic shop where they were able to run a diagnostic (for significantly less than I paid for this service) and they repaired my car in less than a day - was super grateful for their quick service and reasonable price. I’d recommend going to Washtenaw Auto Care Center for service.
View on GoogleAbout a month ago I started having an intermittent no start issue on my trailblazer. I've paid about $400 in total with other shops prior to bringing it to RC Auto to no avail. They were able to diagnose the problem the same day, and it ended up just being a fuse. My car starts now with no issue. Thank you again!
