I grew up in a small town where you could trust your mechanic to always look out for you; make sure I'm driving safe while not overcharging or performing maintainence so they can make a buck. I struggled to find that experience in Ann Arbor until I started taking my wheelchair accessible van to Mike at Mr. Muffler. He is always responsive and will go out of his way to get you going that day even at the cost of him missing dinner with his family. On top of his responsive and positive attitude towards all his customers him and his team have a depth of knowledge to repair everything from my suspension to a full replacement of my engine and transmission. I can't reccomend taking your vehicle and your family's vehicles to Mike at Mr. Muffler enough. I know I'm safe driving every day because I have a trusted mechanic who stands by his work and I feel comfortable taking my vehicle to him whenever I'm concerned over a problem because he treats me and all his customers with respect. You rock Mike. Thank you for keeping me rocking and rolling!

This would have easily been a 5 star review and I am disappointed to be writing this one. I came in yesterday because my exhaust pipe fell off and was dragging under my car. Once I got there and they took a look I was told it would be $459. I was ok with proceeding. The car was finished in less than an hour. However, I was charged $562.27. That is a little over $100 difference in price. Due to this I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on.

I’ve got a muffler delete twice from them. They do good work. However, this time they told me I had a leak in my flex pipe after a muffler delete was done. If they had told me before I could’ve just bought an entire exhaust system for the price they charged me to fix the flex pipe and delete the muffler.
