KAPS Garage is the most trustworthy place I’ve ever dealt with. The owner, Keoni, is an OUTSTANDING mechanic and always does the best that he can, when he can! He is the most accommodating business person I’ve ever done business with. The brakes on my son’s car failed and were to the point he wasn’t comfortable driving it. Since I’m my son’s guardian, and live in Tampa, my son called me on a Sunday to tell me. So I flew to Michigan on Monday and called Keoni to ask if he could fix the brakes. Keoni had replaced the tires on my son’s car the past September, and I had discovered how sincere and honest he was then. Keoni worked with me over the phone to check the dipstick and then had me add one quart of oil. That helped make it possible to drive the car to his garage on Wednesday. I had to leave Thursday, but Keoni managed to work on the car on Thursday and because it was in dire need of a deep cleaning and detailing he even agreed to do that and had the car ready at the end of the day Friday. Then if that wasn’t enough, because I couldn’t get my Uber app to work from Florida during Friday’s rush hour, to drive my son over to pick up the car, he offered to deliver the car to my son! I’m so grateful that I found KAPS Garage and I highly recommend them.

I have nothing but glowing reviews for this shop. Initial experience was that I was going around finding a shop that would install customer parts, which he did. I needed to replace my wheel bearing at the time as my car was roaring and he honestly replaced it within the same day. Threw in the o2 sensor for really cheap as well as topped up my wiper fluid and engine oil for free as well. Let me know to get my control arm replaced as soon as possible, which I should've done immediately, but didn't which led me to my second experience. Second experience was when my ball joint completely snapped right out of my control arm. Called him to inquire about prices and honestly, really reasonably priced for a front end suspension refresh. Was willing to work with me reasonably and didn't take offense to me wanting to work on it myself to save costs. CV axle would not come out at all, but at that pont, the car was entirely torn down and no tow company wanted that sort of liability. I asked him if he knew anyone and he sent someone who took care of the car extremely well. Afterwards, whilst I was itching to get my car back, he was nothing but patient and timely with the entire repair in general. If you're looking for a honest, timely, and friendly mechanic, I honestly couldn't recommend anyone else.

KAPS Garage did an excellent job on my BMW X5 diesel. The intake was heavily clogged with carbon, and they took the time to properly disassemble, clean everything thoroughly, and replace all necessary gaskets. They communicated clearly, provided updates, and even showed me how severe the buildup was before cleaning. After the repair, the car drives noticeably smoother and more responsive.

I had an excellent experience at KAPS Garage. I originally went to another shop for an oil change, and they tried to upsell me on a long list of “urgent” services that didn’t feel necessary, with prices that were way too high. It didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion at KAPS. Keoni checked everything for me and was completely honest. He showed me the actual data and explained that most of the items didn’t need to be replaced yet—I still had plenty of time before anything was due. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and he didn’t even charge me for the inspection. That level of honesty and customer‑focused service is rare these days. I really trust them, and I’ve decided that all my future maintenance and repairs will be done at KAPS Garage. Highly recommended.

Keoni diagnosed and fixed up my car with crystal clear communication throughout the entire process. I had a decent amount of questions throughout and nothing went unanswered. Price was fair, and my car is now running smoother than before. I know exactly who I’ll be reaching out to with any car issues in the future!
