The entire staff at International Collision is very professional, very courteous, and very friendly. I was made to feel like a special customer throughout the whole process!!! Both my wife and I very grateful for the quick and thorough job they did. I handed them a car with a totally beat up front end and they gave me back an absolutely beautiful vehicle!!! The entire car was cleaned and detailed inside and out. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was thoroughly and professionally repaired!!! They did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job and I highly recommend them for your vehicle repair!!!

A+ quality work and service! My car was ran into and damaged during a snowy night in Ann Arbor. The front and full driver side took damage. I brought my car in for a quote, the damage was documented and I received a quote via email within a few days. Due to insurance paying for the damages I was required to get a second quote from the insurance shop. I was surprised to see the insurance shop quote was low balling the parts, part quality, and completely missing aspects of the repair that International Collision had identified right up front. I chose International Collision & Frame because I value Integrity, Quality and Character. Ali, and every single person I interacted with radiated all 3. The repairs were completed in ~10 business days. They returned it fully cleaned up and looking new. The repairs and quality of work are top class! Very happy with the entire experience! Ali and his staff are incredible, easy to work with and all around great people. Hands down the best shop around! Home shop for life!

Great service and communication throughout the process of my collision work. I was clearly shown and explained my options and work was done quickly, well, and at a fair transparent price. They also detailed my car. It hasn't been this clean in 7 years (and I keep a clean car)! I also was told they do maintenance work (oil change, brakes, etc.) so I can say "c ya!" to the dealership. Remember the good ol' days when your dad "knew a guy" for car stuff? Yeah, it's like that. 🙂

Replaced the rear bumper and returned the car to me in a state where it would creep forward under idle power but the gas pedal was non-functional. Also the radio didn't work. Apparently there were a couple of blown fuses. I was not told if the fuses were the cause of the above issues or not. Receptionist assured me that there was no way they would give me the car in an undrivable state, implying that I managed to break the car during the drive from their front door to the edge of their parking lot. Same receptionist also assured me that, because the bumper was nowhere near the fuse box, their repair work couldn't have caused the blown fuses, so I guess I managed to do that while driving from their front door to the edge of their parking lot as well.
